Pentair Pentek Traditional Standard Filter Housings are manufactured using durable polypropylene or clear Styrene-Acrylonitrile (SAN). All of these filter housings are equipped with 3/4" NPT inlet and outlet ports, and are available in both 10" and 20" lengths.

The reinforced polypropylene cap on the Standard Filter Housings offers an optional pressure-relief button on the inlet side, which can be used to relieve pressure inside the housing when changing filter cartridges. The Opaque Standard Filter Housings are molded from rugged reinforced polypropylene, offering outstanding chemical compatibility and making them ideal for use in a variety of low-flow applications.

In contrast, the Clear Standard Filter Housings allow on-site examination of flow, performance, and cartridge life, making them ideal for a variety of applications.

The OPAQUE SUMP is manufactured with rugged reinforced polypropylene, offering excellent chemical resistance and making it suitable for many residential, commercial, and industrial applications. It is designed to fit all 20" x 2.5" standard replacement filter cartridges, and its thick sump walls provide increased strength and reliability.

The filter housing features a LEAK PROOF SEAL to ensure optimal performance, and a 3/4" NPT INLET AND OUTLET PORT, as well as a reinforced polypropylene standard bracket-mounted cap.
