Pentair Pentek 10-Inch Traditional Standard Filter Housing for Homeowners

The Pentair Pentek Traditional Standard Filter Housings are manufactured using durable polypropylene or clear Styrene-Acrylonitrile (SAN) materials. All housings are equipped with 3/4" NPT inlet and outlet ports and are available in both 10" and 20" lengths.

The reinforced polypropylene cap on the Standard Filter Housings features an optional pressure-relief button on the inlet side, which helps to relieve pressure inside the housing when changing filter cartridges. The Opaque Standard Filter Housings are molded from rugged reinforced polypropylene, offering outstanding chemical compatibility and making them ideal for use in a variety of low-flow applications.

In contrast, the Clear Standard Filter Housings are designed to allow on-site examination of flow, performance, and cartridge life, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.

The CLEAR SUMP, manufactured from Styrene-Acrylonitrile (SAN), also offers on-site examination of flow, cartridge life, and performance. This CLEAR SUMP is designed to fit all 10" x 2.5" standard replacement filter cartridges.

Additionally, the Pentair Pentek Traditional Standard Filter Housings have been tested and certified by NSF International to NSF/ANSI Standard 42 for material and structural integrity requirements. The reinforced polypropylene standard bracket-mounted cap also features a 3/4" NPT inlet and outlet port, providing a durable and reliable solution for various water filtration needs.
