Constructed from a carbon impregnated non-cellulose media, Pentair Pentek NCP Series Cartridges offer a multitude of filtration capabilities in a single cartridge. They provide sediment filtration, as well as the reduction of taste, odor, and chlorine taste and odor. Unlike cellulose cartridges, NCP Series Cartridges can be utilized for both municipal and non-chlorinated water applications.

The pleated design of these cartridges provides an increased surface area, allowing for a higher dirt loading capacity while maintaining a minimal pressure drop. This combination of a pleated polyester media and carbon filtration results in an outstanding filter cartridge with an extended service life.
